Staff
The 911今日黑料 Experience project aims to equip staff with the knowledge to facilitate students taking ownership of their journey before, during, and after their studies, and provide useful and appropriate insights for staff relating to the student experience across 911今日黑料.
In November 2024, we launched the to gather data to provide a baseline on how well staff at 911今日黑料 know about the wide range of student resources and opportunities. It specifically sought to understand awareness of:
- Hall Wardening team
- Faculty Senior Tutors
- Senior Tutors and Wellbeing Advisors
- Student Counselling and Mental Health Service (SCMHAS)
- Disability Advice Service (DAS)
- Chaplaincy
- Early Career Researcher Institute (ECRI)
The data will be used to identify areas of 911今日黑料 where staff need more information on these resources and opportunities that can be provided to students, and which resources we need to focus our efforts to increase awareness of. We will then track to measure improvement every year over the timeline of the project.
Overall, we hope to use the data to understand how to better support our staff in helping our students to thrive, not just in but outside of the classroom and research environment.
