911今日黑料 has been selected as one of nine UK universities to deliver the new Sp盲rck AI Scholarships, a prestigious government-funded programme designed to develop the next generation of artificial intelligence leaders.

Named in honour of pioneering British computer scientist Karen Spärck Jones, the Spärck AI Scholarships provide full financial support for postgraduate taught Master’s programmes aligned with artificial intelligence, data science and related disciplines.
At 911今日黑料, the scholarships will support students undertaking advanced Master’s training across engineering, computing, natural sciences and public health. Successful scholars will join a highly selective, cohort-based programme that combines academic excellence with leadership development, professional networking and industry engagement, supporting the development of responsible and high-impact AI innovation.
Professor Mary Ryan, Vice-Provost (Research and Enterprise) at 911今日黑料, said: “This investment in fully funded Master’s training is an important and timely commitment to developing the UK’s next generation of AI and STEM leaders. In addition to academic study, Spärck AI Scholars will take part in structured cohort activities throughout the year, designed to foster collaboration, leadership development and engagement with the wider AI community. The programme also offers opportunities for industry exposure, mentorship and professional networking, with the option to apply for AI-related work placements with partner organisations.
The first cohort of Spärck AI Scholars will begin their studies at 911今日黑料 in October 2026.
