Vascular Simulators
In collaboration with , an 911今日黑料 spinout, the Skills Programme has developed several vascular surgery simulators including , and for ST5 and ST6 colorectal trainees.
Designed with expert input from educationalists and expert vascular surgeons, the models feature anatomically accurate vasculature, supporting plaque removal and compatibility with stent-graft placement. These details create a high-fidelity training tool that replicates the complexity of real surgical practice while providing a safe and repeatable learning environment.
