About us

The 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ Genomics Facility (IGF) is one of the core facilities of the Genetics and Genomics Research Theme of the NIHR 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ BRC. It provides infrastructure and services to support translational research, harnessing genome information to advance disease diagnostics, prognosis and treatment. We offer integrated support from experimental design to library preparation, sequencing, data generation and analysis.

Resources

We support all aspects of next-generation sequencing projects, from sample to data. We assist in designing experiments, library preparation, sequencing, analysis and interpretation of sequencing data as well as dissemination of results.

We welcome collaborations with both internal and external groups from the academic and private sectors.
