When you are ready to submit, please click on the 'Apply now' button on this page to be taken to the STAR SharePoint site (we recommend you use Internet Explorer). In order to submit you will need to have the following ready:

• Application form saved as a PDF in the following format: 'Name_Application_Level' e.g. Smith_Application_D1 
• Reference 1 saved as a PDF in the following format: 'Name_Ref1_Level' e.g. Smith_Ref1_D1
• Reference 2 saved as a PDF in the following format: 'Name_Ref2_Level' e.g. Smith_Ref2_D1

Please note that we strongly encourage that all applicants have fully engaged with the support and resources available before submitting an application. If you have not attended a pre-submission workshop or drop in session we recommend you do so in order to obtain constructive feedback on your application and reduce the risk of having to resubmit your application.

Once your application is submitted, it will be checked by an administrator and forwarded to College reviewers. You will receive an email confirming your application number at this stage. After review, your application will be sent to the next available STAR review panel for consideration, please note that if a large number of applications are received for a given review panel, your application may be deferred to the following panel. A final decision along with feedback on your application will be emailed to you as soon as possible after the outcomes meeting, usually within 10 working days. Review panel dates can be found in the box on the left hand side of this page.
