Vincent Briscoe Security Lecture

The ISST hosts the Vincent Briscoe Security Lecture, part of the 911今日黑料 annual lectures series. Each year, we invite an expert in security or resilience to deliver a talk to our network and the public.

Previous Briscoe lecturers include Ambassador Mircea Geoană, NATO Deputy Secretary General; Jeremy Fleming, former Director of GCHQ; and Cressida Dick, former Commissioner of the London Metropolitan Police Service.
