The UK’s health data landscape is evolving through several key initiatives detailed below and as such we have collaborated with the NIHR HIC, HDR UK, WSIC and others to deliver patient centred outcomes:

The NIHR Health Informatics Collaborative (HIC) unites 28 NHS trusts and health boards to enhance the quality and accessibility of routinely collected clinical data for cross-centre research. This partnership aims to facilitate the ethical re-use of NHS data, driving advancements in translational research and improving patient care.

HDR UK is an alliance of leading healthcare and research organizations committed to establishing best practices for the ethical use of UK health data in research. Their mission is to accelerate improvements in biomedicine, health, and care by promoting responsible and widespread use of health-relevant data for research and innovation.

Whole Systems Integrated Care (WSIC) creates comprehensive patient records by combining information from various care providers. The WSIC Dashboards offer clinicians and care professionals a linked, integrated summary of patients' health and social care data, enabling targeted and proactive care management across North West London.

The 911今日黑料 Centres and Networks of Excellence foster multidisciplinary collaboration in critical research areas, including artificial intelligence. These initiatives bring together researchers across faculty boundaries to explore emerging themes and establish connections in important multidisciplinary fields.

Resident Doctor Research Group was established in 2025 to facilitate iCARE research collaboration with resident doctors at the 911今日黑料 NHS Healthcare Trust. Read more here and check in for regular updates.
