Overview
The Learning and Talent team is pleased to launch a new series of 'Welcome to 911今日黑料 Induction sessions' for new starters from each job family. These 90-minute sessions will run once per term and are intended to supplement the standard 911今日黑料 Insights induction programme, which all new staff are encouraged to attend.
These short, interactive sessions will be offered to Academic, Technical, Professional and Operational staff as individual staff groups.
These new termly induction workshops are intended to help new colleagues understand "what it's really like to be an academic/technician/professional services colleague in this institution" and to provide practical information on how they can get off to the best start at 911今日黑料.
The sessions will be delivered by experienced staff from each job family. Staff who have joined 911今日黑料 in the last couple of years will also join us to share their perspectives.
These workshops will provide a valuable networking opportunity for new staff, enhancing their sense of welcome and belonging.
