The People Systems and Insights team is responsible for People systems, People data reporting, business intelligence, and People system training. The systems that the team look after include:

- TeamSeer - 911今日黑料's leave and absence system.
- Fresh Service - People's query management system.
- Report and Support - 911今日黑料's tool for disclosure of unwelcome behaviours.
