The Conference Calculator is a website aimed at raising awareness of the ecological impact of attending international conferences. The calculator compares the carbon footprint of different modes of transportation, takes into account the budget, quantifies the importance of a conference and provides information based on scientific literature so that researchers can make more informed choices.
