We offer a broad range of courses that give you ample opportunity to specialise. These range from courses that have topic specialisations on the fundamentals of biodiversity, evolution and taxonomy through to agroecosystems, global change and conservation biology, and courses that focus on technical skills including biological computing and field ecology methods.
Our courses will teach you to think like a scientist through their research-intensive curriculum. Our training is designed to help you develop personal attributes that are desired by employers, including problem-solving, project management and data communication skills. All of the skills taught on our courses are transferrable, meaning the course will open a wide set of opportunities for a career in science and in conservation and natural resource management.
Silwood Park, 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s campus in Berkshire near Ascot, is a leading international centre for research and teaching in ecology, evolution, and conservation. Our Silwood Park postgraduate courses have formal links and joint appointments with both the Natural History Museum (London), the Royal Botanical Gardens (Kew), the zoological Society of London and the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
