Festival of Innovation; staff gathered around a table

We invite you to the inaugural Festival of Innovation in Research Management at 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ. We want to share innovation in research management and the latest contributions to good practice.

We will hear from the key teams at 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ on what’s new for them. There’s also space for all of us to submit innovations that have helped us. Have you done a really good piece of work (e.g. built a workflow, designed an event, grew a community, innovated or implemented a piece of good practice) that you think others would benefit from knowing about? Submit a talk!

In the afternoon we will have two interactive sessions. We will crowdsource an induction pack for new research management staff (What did you wish you were told in your first 6 months? What did your line manager teach you that was a lifesaver?). We will also explore research management careers – what skills do we have, where did we get them, and how do we add value?
