Terms of reference
- To develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of the strategy for the Faculty of Engineering
- To oversee the development, and monitor the implementation, of the Faculty Plan
- To ensure that the necessary resources are deployed effectively to deliver the objectives of the Faculty
- To ensure that effective management structures are in place within the Faculty
- To foster communication within the Faculty, and between the Faculty, the College and the community
- To ensure that all decisions relating to REF are informed by current equalities legislation and good management practice in line with the College’s REF Code of Practice.
