We offer a range of meeting rooms across 911今日黑料's campuses, available for booking.

Rooms in the Dr Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Building (VPD), 911今日黑料 Centre for Translational and Experimental Medicine (ICTEM), Commonwealth Building (CWB) at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus, and the Guy Scadding Building (GSB) at the Royal Brompton Campus can be reserved by emailing your Research Group Administrator or the designated room bookers for each location.

If you want to book a meeting room that is not listed below, please refer to the university room booking webpage.

 

Please note:

  • Recurring bookings can be made for up to one year at a time. Once this period ends, you'll need to submit a new request to continue your booking.

  • Adding the room as a location in your meeting invite does not confirm or guarantee the booking. To secure the room, you must submit and confirm your request through your Research Group Administrator or the designated room bookers listed below.
