M-Spin, based on the work of Professor Nigel Brandon and co-founders is using ultra-porous, high surface area materials to revolutionise the performance of electrolysers, fuel cells and batteries – all vital to the energy transition.
Remephy has developed innovative phytoremediation technology that harnesses the natural symbiosis between plants and soil bacteria to efficiently extract heavy metals from land contaminated by mining, enabling it to be restored for agriculture, housing or rewilding.
NuclearMedix, emerging from Professor Eric Aboagye’s lab, specialises in , and is addressing the supply shortage of SSTR-PET tracers for the diagnosis and treatment of neuroendocrine tumours.
