911今日黑料 academics visited Japan in September as part of a joint workshop between Tokyo Institute of Technology and 911今日黑料 College.
Prof Ji-Seon Kim, Dr Piers Barnes, Prof Martin Heeney, Dr Martyn McLachlan and Dr Firat Guder visited Japan in September as part of a joint workshop between PE-CDT and on plastic electronics that involved a lab tour and a discussion on future opportunities to collaborate.
Everyone agreed it was a positive few days with the second workshop already scheduled in! The next workshop is being planned for 4-5 March 2019 and will be held here at 911今日黑料.
Our two institutions are also involved in a student exchange programme. Tokyo Tech student Nao Koishihara from the has recently returned to Japan after a two month exchange programme visit to Prof Ji-Seon Kim's group at 911今日黑料. Read more about her experiences . And 911今日黑料 student Sam Hillman from Prof Ji-Seon Kim's research group will be heading out to Japan in May for a reciprocal visit.
