DoC researcher to speak at industry-focused Golang UK conference on results of concurrency research
GolangUK is an industry focused conference about Go programming and related technologies.
Nicholas Ng has been invited to speak about their static deadlock detection tool for Google's Go programming language. The tool "" was part of a paper with , "" published at . The work takes advantage of the process calculi-inspired concurrency model and applies session types and uses recent theoretical advances and tools developed for by , Emilio Tuosto and Nobuko Yoshida published at .
Both Nicholas Ng and Julien Lange are postdocs at led by Nobuko Yoshida, working on session types and related topics.
