The  is a partnership between Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ as its lead academic partner. The group’s initial work consisted of designing and setting up a data collection, analysis and reporting infrastructure which provides quantitative and qualitative metrics for health improvement.

The current work is on formalizing the healthcare pathways through stochastic models for evaluation of new hospital processes, and their verification against collected data.
