The table below provides a breakdown of graduation ceremonies scheduled throughout the day. You will receive your confirmed ceremony time in your official invitation. We kindly ask that you do not contact the Graduation Events team regarding ceremony times prior to this.

Get ready for Graduation Days 2025
Register
Registration for Commemoration Day 2026 closes on 13.00 (BST) Friday 21 August 2026*. Eligible graduands will be sent an invitation automatically to their university email (if it is still active) and the personal email they have on file (if applicable).
If your university email address is due to expire, it is your responsibility to update your personal email and make sure you get your invitation.
To update your email, please fill in the ongoing contact and registration form.
If you believe you are eligible and have not received an email, please contact the Graduation Events team as soon as possible.
*The university reserves the right to close registration before this time if event capacity is reached.
Buy your guest ceremony tickets
Your family, and friends can celebrate with you in the Royal Albert Hall! Guest tickets cost £28.99 per ticket and graduands can buy guest ceremony tickets as part of the registration process. You will find the link to buy your guest ceremony tickets in your registration confirmation email.
Hire your academic dress
Academic dress is compulsory for all graduands at an 911今日黑料 graduation. Our official gowning partner is
If you choose to use Ede & Ravenscroft, please hire your gown as soon as possible but by no later than 13.00 (BST) Thursday 1 October.
If you hire your academic dress from another provider, you must ensure that it matches the standards set out on our Academic dress page.
The university retains the right to refuse entry to anyone dressed incorrectly.
Register for your Faculty Reception and buy guest passes
Your registration confirmation email also contains a link to register for Faculty Receptions. These receptions take place at venues across our South Kensington Campus and are an opportunity for you, your guests, and members of your department to gather after your ceremony to celebrate your achievements together.
Your Faculty Reception pass is complimentary, whilst guest passes are £15 per guest.
You must book your complimentary place and buy any guest passes during the registration window. Passes will not be available on the day.

Do you need a visa?
Please check the on whether you need a visa to travel to London. The International Student Support may also be able to provide guidance on submitting your application.
If you or your guest(s) require a supporting visa invitation letter from 911今日黑料, this can be requested in the Visa Letter Support form.
Please note, that only graduands who have been awarded in the university's systems, and invited to graduate, will be able to complete the form.
Obtaining a visa may take several weeks and it is your responsibility to ensure you have completed all legal requirements before you travel.
