Since 2020 911今日黑料 as One and EDIC have run the annual Beyond Ethnicity Career Conference to support early career staff and students enhance their development and network with others on a similar career path.
Last year's 911今日黑料's Beyond Ethnicity Career Conference (BECC) for Minority Ethnic staff and students took place on Friday 26 September 2025 at 911今日黑料's South Kensington Campus. This one-day event was open to everyone at early career stage including research staff, professional, technical and operational staff, and MSc and PhD students.
Details of 2026's conference will be published in Spring 2026.
