Affiliations

Rossella is the Founder and Head of the Data Learning group. She is also the Director of Research at the 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ Data Science Institute and Director of the Ada Lovelace Academy at 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ. She is an elected member of the World Meteorological Organization and visiting professor at the European Space Agency PhiLab.

Rossella's work involves developing AI models for climate, health and environmental impact and she also collaborates with the Leonardo Centre on Business for Society at 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ College Business School. She gained her PhD in Computational and Computer Science in February 2012 and she received the acknowledgement of Marie Sklodowska-Curie fellow from European Commission Research Executive Agency in 2017. She is co-investigator of several grants and projects.
