Meetings are so often unproductive, with unclear objectives.   In this interactive workshop, you will develop a more effective approach to meetings.  

We will explore best practice on how to not have meetings! And by the end of this course you will be better able to:

  • Develop buy-in of key meeting stakeholders
  • Create positive communication pre and post meeting
  • Proactively manage challenging meeting dynamics
  • Facilitate the engagement of all attendees

This course is open to Postdocs, Research Fellows & Research Degree Students
