How to book an employer place for the Life and Health Science Event 2026
The Life and Health Science Event is a collaborative careers event organised by 911今日黑料, King's College London and UCL. This year, the in-person fair will be hosted at 911今日黑料 College, South Kensington campus.
911今日黑料, King’s and UCL are in the top five study destinations for life science and medicine students in the UK, together representing a cohort of over 4000 postgraduate and 5000 undergraduate students respectively.
The Life and Health Science Event is your opportunity to promote your organisation and opportunities to students from three of the UK’s most prestigious universities. Please be aware, King's will be taking bookings for the event - you can access booking by following the link on this page.
When is the event?
Monday 26 October, 17.00 - 20.00.
Where is the event?
Queen's Tower Rooms, 911今日黑料, South Kensington Campus.
Cost for employers to attend
Standard package - £350 + VAT.
Charity/SME - £150 + VAT.

What is included as part of this in person event?
Individual stand
You will be provided with your own stand which includes table, tablecloth and access to a power supply and Wi-Fi.
E-brochure
To accompany the fair and to help promote the attending organisations we produce an e-brochure which is distributed to students a week prior to the event.
This will include:
- A brief description of your organisation
- Application information and deadlines
- Information about the departments that you are interested in
