COVID-19 Research

Our COVID-19 AI and Data Science Research Projects

The AI Network is supporting and coordinating college-wide efforts on AI and Data Science research that can help with the COVID-19 outbreak.
In line with this, we now dedicate a portion of our monthly meetings to COVID-19 research and coordination.
This is every last Tuesday of the month, from 12:30pm onward.

COVID-19 AI Clinician

Given the current COVID-19 crisis and the immediate need for AI-based Decision Support Systems, and predictions on patient dynamics, we are adapting our AI Clinician engine to respond to COVID-19 needs and for further training with COVID-19 data.

COVID-ICU National Service Evaluation

We work on the datasets being gathered on the COVID-ICU. We use state-of-the-art tools in machine learning and AI, to map the current COVID19 pandemic to characterize the trajectory of subjects with COVID19-ARDS in terms of respiratory physiology and responsiveness to adjunctive ARDS therapies.
