The WestTech Corridor is anchored by 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s major science and innovation locations across West London in South Kensington-Albertopolis, Paddington Life Sciences, White City Innovation District and Old Oak and Park Royal.

Our strategy, Science for Humanity, set out how 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ will accelerate towards, and scale the impact of, new discoveries, inventions and ideas, positioning us as a trusted convenor and partner for knowledge and tech organisations across the globe.
911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s Bezos Centre for Sustainable Protein, based at White City, will develop innovative and evidence-based solutions through the design, delivery, and commercialisation of alternative food products that are economically and environmentally friendly, nutritious, affordable, and tasty.
911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s £150m investment to purchase and repurpose the 9.6-acre site known as Victoria Industrial Estate in Old Oak will allow for the expansion of flexible and affordable follow on space to stay and scale in West London.
These spaces will enable prototyping, pilot manufacturing, Good Manufacturing Practice and advanced manufacturing for innovators in areas such as CleanTech, BioTech and MedTech.
911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s partnership with Bruntwood will deliver a new commercial innovation facility of at least 200,000 sq ft, marking a major milestone leap forward in the creation of an internationally significant innovation ecosystem in London’s White City and a huge boost to the UK’s science and technology sector.
Along with 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ’s research and translation expertise, it will give access to Bruntwood SciTech’s specialist support including its network of academic, clinical, and innovation partners, highly skilled talent, investment support, and growth programmes.
Stanton Williams has been chosen to design the Fleming Initiatives landmark centre, a research and public engagement facility due to open in 2028 on the canal-side at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London.
Centre for London’s , produced in partnership with 911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ, Ealing Council and West London Alliance, explores the opportunities to boost economic growth in West London, demonstrating the region's extraordinary growth potential.
911½ñÈÕºÚÁÏ hosted the launch of the London Growth Plan, where the Mayor of London set out his vision for London's economy over the next 10 years.
Produced by the Mayor of London, London Councils and London & Partners, the Plan sets a target to restore London’s productivity growth to an average of 2% per year over the next decade, which would make London’s economy £107 billion larger by 2035.
