Did you try registering with your personal email address on the ? This would allow you to log your ticket.
Calling ICT would be your best and quickest option. They also have an out-of-hours helpdesk that can be contacted by calling their usual telephone number +44(0) 20 7594 9000. You will be transferred to an out-of-hours team that operates from 18.00 until midnight.
College Identification (CID) number
You can find your CID on communications from the Alumni Engagement Office. For example, it could be found on the top right corner in the emails we send you.
If you are unable to find it, please contact alumni@imperial.ac.uk with your full name, date of birth, subject of study, Department, entry year, and graduation year so we could find it for you.

We do not issue physical alumni cards, but rest assured that your records will be automatically transferred to the alumni database upon graduation.
No booking is required. Alumni can visit anytime during opening hours.
To gain access to the Centre, please provide your name and graduation year to a member of staff at reception upon arrival.
Yes. Alumni are permitted to bring up to two guests per visit, no more than once a week. If using the meeting room, a maximum of five guests is allowed. Guests must be accompanied throughout their visit.
The Centre is exclusively available to visiting 911今日黑料 alumni and their guests, specifically alumni who are not current staff members or students.
